WooThemes MasterCard

I now have my very own WooThemes.com MasterCard! :woot:

About two months ago, I applied for this debit card at WooThemes, the creators of my favorite WordPress magazine, business, CMS & blog themes. The card (as well as the online bank account) is part of their affiliate program, and can be used to receive earnings from the program. It’s a lot like PayPal, but it’s a lot easier to get the cool debit card. As soon as I top it up with some moolah, I’ll be able to use the card anywhere — just like a regular credit card.

The WooThemes MasterCard® debit card, licensed by MasterCard International, is issued by Payoneer.com. (Curiously, though… when the card arrived yesterday, I noticed the sender had a Philippine address. Maybe they have a distribution outfit here?) You can load U.S. dollars to your account via Western Union, and you can even ask your friends or relatives in the States to transfer money to you.

With the WooThemes MC, there aren’t any application or annual fees to worry about. A debit card is so much easier to manage, don’t you think? It offers you the convenience of having a credit card, but sans the headaches of maintaining one!

Sige apply ka na rin! :)
Pili ka lang ng trip mo na premium theme, at titignan ko kung puwede kitang bigyan. Ayon sa GPL kasi, mukhang puwede naman eh. ;)

Awesome! Thing is, they only have one design. I hope they'll come up with much more interesting card designs in future.

I have also applied for Text Link Ads' Payoneer. Using their debit cards, I can withdraw funds directly from any BPI ATM.

Not only BPI's, but any ATM that accepts Cirrus or Maestro.

Didn't know that about TLA & Payoneer. Thanks for the heads-up!
