I appreciate what Nick, Judee and Haydee did for me yesterday -- and they were pretty sincere about their desire to help too. But I'm afraid this thing's outside their sphere of influence. I just hope they'll be somehow able to make their tech guys realize this ghastly mistake. The three did get to appreciate the problem after I'd explained it to them.
