cheaper that cheap domains (ctcd.com) is not responding. i have made numerous calls and no email responses. i have several domains with them and one now shows expired despite getting paid. a certain Marissa replied to me about a domain that took them forever to confirm payment on. their phone 3321859 has been disconnected…payments made to ASSIST INTERNET SOLUTIONS. I will check this people with DTI/SEC and track where they are located somewhere in QC based on the phone numbers.

can anybody help me here? how can i obtain authorization code from CTCD? i am transferring to GoDaddy. I emailed CTCD already but no answer, the phone number posted on their website is not already in Service! grrr.

I’m having the same problem too. My domain expired because they no longer accept payment via credit card. I was about to transfer it to GoDaddy, but their support personnel advised me to renew my domain with my previous registrar in order to avoid problems. I tried faxing my deposit slip a while ago but no one answered it.
