I’m a gadgethead!
A couple of days ago, my friend Migs (who recently and finally launched his own domained blog on mobile technologies) introduced the idea of becoming a gadget reviewer for WOM World / Nokia. Since I was starting preparations for a tech vlog already, I thought I’d send in an application. And yesterday, I got approved!
I told WOM World that I wanted to become a Nokia tester for PinoyTech.TV, which is going to have gadget reviews, among others. And now I’m in! Perfect! Ever since I began planning for PinoyTech.TV, things have been looking up — assembled a wonderful team, recruiting contributors, and now getting the chance to create great content!
My contact at WOM World said that a Nokia N81 (8gb) is now en route to Davao City, and it’ll probably be here within a week. Chances are, they’re also sending a Bluetooth headset device (BH604) for me to tinker with. Oooh, I can’t wait!
Thanks, Migoy!

Brader!
Yey!
Sana dumating today!!!! para gamitin natin sa manila!
Malabo. The courier just called me, saying the unit was held up at Customs. There’s a fee of P6,000+ daw para ma-release from Customs. No way I’m gonna pay that. But the TNT agent said she has contacted WOM to ask if they would absorb the additional cost. I told her that if not, they should just return the unit to sender. *sigh*
AYYYYYYYYYYY!
bakit ganun?
bakit may additional fees? Hindi pa nangyari sakin yun. anyways, all fees will be shouldered by WOM.
Napaka bwisit talaga ng cutoms natin!

Ok na. Got an email from WOM telling me that they’ll pay for the customs “duties” that our super-galing na Customs Bureau is charging. I should get the package within the next few days.
