Today I was at Holiday Spa to talk to my friend Ivy F., who’s the COO of the fitness centers in Davao and Cebu. At last I’ve decided to get back in shape again after years of neglecting my health. so it’s back to aerobics and weights training for me!
And to ensure that I stick to the program, I’ve made up my mind to create a whole new blog — Mission: 6-Pack Abs (http://sixpack.robilloblog.com). Pretty ambitious, if I do say so myself. But I believe it’s important to set the bar high for yourself, to make the goal more challenging.
But beyond the physical and very specific goal of achieving washboard abs, more importantly, my aim is to transform my body as well as my lifestyle. Getting truly healthy and fit requires tremendous commitment and a fierce determination to succeed. Not to mention, a complete revamp of your daily habits.
Through my upcoming blog, I will journalize my plans and activities that will hopefully lead to physical fitness and sound health. At the same time, I’d like to be able to share this journey with my readers, in the hopes of somehow helping people with similar goals.
I start working out next Monday, and my new blog will have been up & running by then as well.
